04 / AI ENABLEMENT

Most AI training teaches the buttons.
We teach the judgement.

Practical AI fluency for the people doing the work. We build the skills most training skips, so your team gets better results from the tools it already has.

THE WORK / NOT THE HYPE

AI makes the basics
more valuable, not less.

A chat window is only as good as the person typing into it. The people who get the most from AI read closely, write clearly, check their sources, push back and bring what they know from experience. These are skills you can train, and training them is how we close the missing middle.

01

Reading

Read AI output like an editor: what is missing, what is wrong and what sounds too sure of itself.

02

Writing

Turn a vague request into a clear brief. Clear writing in, useful work out.

03

Research

Check claims, find the source and know when an answer needs a second look.

04

Negotiation

Push back, ask again and steer the tool toward what you actually need, not what it offers first.

05

Lived experience

Years of doing the work. The part no model has, and the part that decides whether the output is any good.

THE FLAGSHIP / THREE DAYS

Start small. Then work differently with AI.

Start with a half-day taster before the three-day programme. The first conversation is free. Built for middle-office teams. Every exercise starts from your business and your real work, not a tour of the latest tools.

DAY01

Direct the work

Turn a vague request into a clear brief and a useful first draft.

Writing · Reading
DAY02

Test and refine

Check what the tool says, find what it missed and sharpen the questions you ask.

Research · Negotiation
DAY03

Keep it accountable

Decide what to use, what needs a human check and what changes in how your team works.

Lived experience · All five, together
TRAINING + FACILITATION

Build the skills.
Put them to work.

BUILD

The three-day course

The full programme for a cohort. Dates, format and group size are agreed with each team.

APPLY

Facilitated sessions

Your team brings one real question. We facilitate the thinking and help you choose what to do next. Scoped on its own.

BEFORE WE START

For the team that has to use it.

Who it is for

Middle-office teams, and the HR, L&D and functional leads who support them. No coding background needed. Work context and sound judgement matter more.

What we agree

Who is in the room, where they are starting from, what they need to leave with, format, cohort size and dates. Facilitated sessions are scoped separately.

What the work produces

Practical habits in briefing, checking and refining AI output, and a team decision about what to apply first. Better work comes first.

What to bring to the conversation

The team roles, a rough cohort size, a few real work examples with personal data removed, how the team uses AI today and the outcome you need.

We are pursuing accreditation. We are not registered or accredited yet. Our readiness assessment is in pilot and run by a facilitator, and training is priced per scope.

WORK WITH FLUENCE

Bring us the bottleneck.

Tell us who needs to build these skills, what they work on and where AI is falling short for them today. A person reads every enquiry before anyone replies or commits to anything. Please keep personal, employee, financial and other sensitive records out of your first message.
